It encompasses all the <strong>material, technical, organizational, and behavioral measures<\/strong> designed to prevent the introduction and spread of pathogens in a farm or establishment. The aim is to guarantee the health of the animals and the sanitary quality of the products sold.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Pillar No. 1: Infrastructure and equipment designed to ensure hygiene and block external threats<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Grimaud Fr\u00e8res&#8217; buildings and equipment are designed to block external threats and ensure a high level of hygiene.<br \/>\nAll farms are equipped with a<strong> three-zone entry airlock<\/strong>, allowing strict separation between \u201coutside,\u201d \u201cintermediate,\u201d and \u201cclean\u201d areas.
